McCarthy & Stone held a public exhibition to display its proposals for the former YMCA building, Grosvenor Drive, Whitley Bay. A number of people from the local community attended to discuss the plans with the development team, and 30 feedback forms have been received. The resulting comments are being reviewed and will help to shape the final designs.
