Based in Chichester, Seaward Properties is an established property company at the forefront of designing and building award-winning residential and commercial developments across the South and South-East of England.

Founded in 1972, Seaward Properties has an enviable reputation as an award-winning developer, with a commitment to creating high-quality schemes. Unlike many large house builders, Seaward Properties does not have a ‘standard’ approach to housing types. Each residential scheme is designed to respond to the individual characteristics of the local area and create a unique appeal.

In addition, Seaward Properties have extensive experience in delivering and managing commercial property.  Currently Seaward Properties manage over 300,000ft² of business units/parks across East Sussex, West Sussex and Hampshire, of which over 200,000ft² has been designed and built by the company.

Seaward Properties has been progressing the proposals for Sun Lane alongside WCC’s Local Plan Part Two. As part of our commitment to engaging with the New Alresford Community, we have undertaken an extensive supporting programme of public pre-application consultation.
