Barratt West Midlands is preparing to submit a planning application for 170 high-quality homes on the former Servis factory site, Darlaston Road, Darlaston. The majority of the site has been vacant since 2010, when the factory closed permanently. Outline planning permission for 170 homes was granted by Walsall Council earlier this year.
We are now submitting a further application to Walsall Council, to agree those matters not considered as part of the outline application. These are the layout and scale of the proposals, as well as landscaping and the appearance of the houses to be built.
